Rescheduling Policies & Procedures

If for some reason you need to reschedule your program, we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible. Last minute cancellations create difficulties for us in our scheduling and cause a significant loss of revenue. We do however understand that some situations occur that are out of anyone’s control.

If you do need to reschedule, your scheduling fee is always applicable towards any GATTS, Inc. Flight Training course. When you do reschedule, it will then be applied to your new course tuition, (you do not have to send another scheduling fee payment).

If however you wish to cancel your course completely, and have no intentions of attending a course with GATTS, Inc. your scheduling fee will not be refunded.

Payment Policies

For all GATTS, Inc. Courses: Unless otherwise specified, a predetermined scheduling fee is required in advance of course start dates. Final payment of the balance of the course tuition is due promptly at the completion of training. If for any reason what so ever a pilot should need to depart prior to the completion of their course, the balance of the course tuition is due prior to their departure. There are no additional charges due to reschedule future dates for the purpose of completing the original course. (Additional training fees may apply if rescheduled dates are more than 14 days after the original course dates.)
